A Loyalty Points Summary Report is a document or dashboard that provides an overview of the points accumulated, redeemed, and the overall activity within a loyalty program. It typically summarizes how customers are interacting with a business’s loyalty program over a given period.

Business Rules
- Eligibility Criteria-Only active loyalty program members are considered.
- Point Earning: Points are earned based on specific criteria such as transaction value, product purchases, membership tier, or promotional activities.
- Point Expiry : Points may have an expiration date. Expired points should be excluded from the report, or marked as expired.
- Point Accumulation- Points are awarded based on a predefined formula (e.g., X points per $ spent or per product category).
- Bonus Points- Points earned through promotional campaigns (e.g., double points) should be clearly identified.
- Point Redemption – Redemption can occur through discounts, products, services, or gift cards. Report should track the value of points redeemed and any associated transactions.
- Redemption Rules – Points may be redeemable only after reaching a specific threshold or only for certain products. These rules should be accounted for.

STEP 2: To enter a Date Invoiced in this field is mandatory.Then to click the start check box to run the process.

STEP 3: Once to complete the process to show the report based on the given data.


STEP 4: Date invoiced – refers to the specific date when an invoice is issued or created. This date marks when the transaction was formally recorded, and it is often used for accounting, payment terms, and tracking the time frame within which payment is expected.
Total sales value – refers to the sum of all sales made within a given period or transaction. It is the aggregate amount of money generated from selling products or services, typically before any deductions such as taxes, discounts, or returns.
Total bills – typically refers to the total amount of money owed for a series of bills or invoices that need to be paid.
Total Basic Points – could refer to the total number of points earned by a person or entity based on a certain system’s basic criteria (such as activities, purchases, or achievements).
Total bonus points – generally refers to extra points awarded in various contexts—such as games, competitions, or programs—that go beyond the standard scoring system.
Total points – earned by customers, which can be redeemed for discounts, gifts, or special offers. The total points in this context would represent the accumulation of all points earned through purchases or actions.
Loyalty bills – typically refers to a proposed piece of legislation, or in some contexts, a specific policy or measure, aimed at promoting or rewarding customer loyalty in various sectors, such as retail, banking, or other services.
Loyalty bill sales value – is not a widely recognized or standard term in finance or business.loyalty bill sales value” could refer to the total value of sales made where loyalty points are redeemed.
Loyalty customers – refer to consumers who consistently choose a particular brand, product, or service over time, demonstrating a strong preference and ongoing commitment to that brand.
