Customer type master retail pos

This the screen which used for user to group the different customers based on the needs. This customer types will helps shops to map different price level for different groups. Ex:- I can group my friends and relatives in one group and can map different price of the items to that customer type, So when ever my friends or relatives purchases goods the price of the products will be different from other walk-in customer.

Business rules

• There should be the menu named “customer type” open that to create a new group name.
• Update the data like customer group name and other available details based on your requirements. We also have the fields to update discounts.
• Select available price lever for customer group, based on the selected price level, the product price will varied for this customer group.
• Price level will be created in price level master.
• User can create multiple price levels for to map multiple customers or customers types.
• Once all the details of input data is entered, then click save button to save the customer type master.
• User can edit or view the saved data using the function keys “Edit” and “View” respectively.
• Unable to delete created customer type. User can deactivate the data using respective function key.
• Created customer group name will be mapped against each customer in a customer master screen.
• By default, there should be default customer type and it’s mapped to all customers in master, until the user changes and map another customer type for the customer.
• Customer type master will be managed outlet wise.
