UOM conversion vs Item mapping in Retail POS

UOM conversion vs Item mapping is the menu which is used to map the items with created base and sub uom for better tracking of inventory management.

• The mapped uom will be selected during the transaction of the item mapped.

Business rules

• There is menu called uom conversion vs Item mapping, user should go to that screen to map the items and uom.
• In that screen, select the Product type (All, Mapped or Unmapped uom items) Unmapped uom items.
• Then user should select the base uom (KG) & sub uom (Grams)
• Then user should enter the conversion value (1000).
• After entering the above details, user should select the items to map under the above selected uom. All the selected items will be loaded in this screen in line product.
• Once all the data entered by user, user should press the “save” function key to save the data.
• There is item list filter for user to filter all items or filter items by categories.
