Ledger Group master in Retail POS Account
Menu named ledger group is used for user to create and manage ledger category. This helps user to group the same attribute ledgers in under same group. Ex- salary expenses, food expenses, other expenses are come under expenses group.
Business rules
- Open ledger group menu to create a new data.
- Create a required group name and save the data.
- Other details in master will optional for user to maintain.
- To view and edit the created ledger group, Use the options called “view” and “edit” to view and edit the data respectively.
- Created ledger group can be deactivated not be deleted.
- User can see the ledger group reports in reports.
