Configuration/settings menu in Retail POS Accounts
Configuration/settings menu in accounts is the menu which is used to display the whole POS accounts application’s customised settings and it will be enabled by user based on customer requirements.
Business rules
- Configurations should be grouped under menu wise or transaction wise, so user can find their required setting easily.
- Configuration search also need to be available. When any key word is searched, then system should list out all the settings which is similar to that searched key word.
- Every configuration in this screen should show the purpose of the configuration. Ex: If we click any one of the settings then system should show the purpose of that setting clearly.
- Also if any one of the settings is not recommended to enable or disable then it should show warning message while updating that configuration.
- System should support both centralised and stand-alone configuration settings.
