All transaction Reprint screen in Retail POS

Transaction reprint is the feature which is used to take the reprint of any POS transaction in single screen. Every transaction screen have the print function key to take the last bill copy. But in this screen, user can take any transaction print. Old transaction print copy also be taken.

Business rules

• Reprint feature should allow to take reprint in bulk also, there is a check box to select all or required bill, once required bills are selected, press the function key “bulk print” to print all the selected bills.
• Required basic filter option to load the transaction bills are,
  • Transaction type
  • From date & To date
  • Counter
  • User
  • From bill no & To bill no
  • From bill amount & To bill amount
  • Tender types
  • Salesman
• To take the reprint, user should go to reprint screen
• Filter the bill based on the above mentioned filters,
• Once all the bills listed based on the filter, click on the function key “print” to take reprint.
• User can take the same bill print multiple times.
• All the bill including the cancelled bill can be taken here.
• System should show the bill status also (active/cancelled).
