Change Price in QSR POS

Change price is the screen where user can edit the price details of an items.

Business rules

There should be the menu called “change price” in outlet POS application.
Go to change price screen, select the required items one by one by selection the product or by scan.
System should show the existing price details and then user will enter the new cost, new selling and new MRP prices.
After entering the new price details click “update” function key to update the price.
User can also load the items using the category filters, So they no need to select items one by one.

When user wants to change the price to all outlet or to one particular outlet, user can change the price from HQ.
Go to change price screen in HQ and enter all new price details and then under outlet details select the required outlets to change the price.
Once outlet selected click update to save the data.
User can also schedule the price change using the “schedule” option.
To schedule price change user need to enter the date and time when the updated prices should reflect in POS.

Create excel with item code and it’s new price in a columns.
Then there is a function key called “import” click on that and browse the excel and click update.
So the data which is in the excel will load here with item names, so click “update” change the price of all the items.
