Business Rules
- Coupons Issued: Count of all distributed coupons.
- Coupons Redeemed: Count of coupons used for transactions.
- Redemption Rate: Percentage of redeemed coupons out of issued coupons.
- Discount Value: Total monetary value of discounts given.
- Sales Impact: Total sales revenue from coupon redemption, including both discounted and full-price items.
- Net Profit: Profit after the discount is accounted for.
- Expiry and Non-Redemption: Coupons that are issued but not redeemed.
- Coupon Code Segmentation: Separate data based on coupon codes.
User Interface
Step 1 : Select ‘Coupon Summary Report’ in Menu -> Sales reports > Promotion report > Coupon Summary Report or Search Coupon Summary Report.
Step 2 : Select the date range and vendor to open the Coupon Summary Report.
