Frequently asked questions for Jaldi Lifestyle POS

We now have an FAQ list that we hope will help you answer some of the more common ones.

1. I have multiple locations in my branch. Can I transfer and track all my stock between my locations ?

Yes you can. We have warehouse & location master to create the required locations and We have Stock transfer (send) and stock transfer (receive) menu to transfer and receive stock between locations

3. My business have multiple Branches. Can I transfer and track all my stock between my branches ?

Yes you can select multiple sales rep in single sales bill. For that after selecting the product Press “Alt+R” and select required sales rep name

5. Can I see customer points in Bill only terminal POS ?

No, we can only select the customer name in Pay only terminal. So we can see customer points in Pay only terminal.

7. Can I take sales invoice reprint ?

Yes, you can take the sales invoice reprint using the function key “F1” Reprint

9. Can I update or adjust my stock using any mobile devices ?

Yes you can. we will configure our Jaldi Lifestyle POS with HHT device which will help you to do stock update or adjust easily through device.

11. Can I run EOD complete process on next day for previous day ?

Yes you can run. But make sure, you complete EOD before starting the sales. Because until you complete EOD of previous date, Application will not allow to login POS

13. Can we manage serial number products ?

Yes you can, While creating the category select the check box of “Is Serial No?” field. Then you can track the required products with serial numbers in every transaction

15. Can I create promotion for my products ?

Yes you can create promotions for your products. We have promotion setup and POS promotion screen to create different types of promotion like Free offer, promotion price and Bill wise promotion

17. Is that possible to create slab wise promotion ?

Yes you can create slab wise promotion in POS promotion screen (Bill wise)

19. Can i manage my employees hierarchy wise ?

We have default hierarchy wise roles under roles module. Create a required user data for all of your employees and map the appropriate roles. You can also customise the role access using role access feature.

21. Is it possible to view sales rep wise sales data for specific date ?

We have “Sales rep wise sales summary report” which will help you to view the required details

23. How to change the customer name in completed bill ?

We have the feature screen called “Change customer by invoice”. Go to that screen and scan the invoice number or enter invoice number to load existing customer details. Then select and update the required customer name

2. How can I edit completed sales bill If i completed the bill with wrong products ?

We cannot edit the completed sales bill. But we can exchange the sold products with new products using “F5” exchange function key.

4. Can I change the selected sales rep of specific product before generating sales invoice ?

Yes you can. Select required products in POS screen, press “Alt+R” and select the new sales rep name.

6. How to view the customer points in Pay only terminal POS ?

After selecting the customer press “Alt+P” to get customer points in POS screen.

8. Can I add customer data quickly in Pay Only POS ?

Yes you can quickly add your customer data in Pay Only POS using “F2” customer function key

10. How to change the tender details after bill has been completed ?

We can change the tender details even after sales bill completed, using the “Tender edit” feature

12. How can i do billing on EOD completed date ?

You can reactivate EOD (complete process) for that date using EOD (Re-activate process) feature and start billing process.

14. Can we manage IMEI code for each product ?

Yes you can, While creating the category select the check box of “Is Serial No?” field and “Is IMEI code?” field. Then you can track the required products with IMEI codes in each transaction

16. Can we create promotion for specific category ?

Yes you can create promotions for all the products of specific category

18. Can I Select multiple sales rep in single sales bill ?

Yes you can select multiple sales rep in single sales bill. For that after selecting the product Press “Alt+R” and select required sales rep name

20. Can i manage my customers points centrally ?

Yes you can. Your customer can redeem their points at any of your lifestyle store. But make sure at least one transaction has been done for that customer in existing store

22. Can i manage my inventory products with different attributes ?

Yes you can. We have the attribute masters like branch, item type, item design, item size and item colour. Using those we can manage different attribute combination of a same item

24. Can we clear all the draft documents transaction wise ?

Yes we can, we have the feature called “Draft record cleanup” using this screen, you can clear transaction wise draft records for specific date

We now have an FAQ list that we hope will help you answer some of the more common ones.

1. Can i add multiple EANcodes for single products ?

Yes after the GRN entry for the created product, in “branch product master” under “barcode” tab we can add N number of EANcode which will scanned during sales at POS

3. Can I update or adjust my stock using any mobile devices ?

Yes, We have HHT web mobile interface which will be integrated to Jaldi superstore POS which will help you to update or adjust stock through HHT device. Also we can do GRN, Vendor return, Inter branch stock transfer and location stock transfer using HHT device

5. Is offline feature is available in jaldi superstore POS ?

Yes. We will configure offline setup during implementation. So when the internet having issue, our POS system will automatically go to OFFLINE mode.

7. How to view the customer points at POS ?

After selecting the customer press “Alt+P” to get customer points in POS screen.

9. Can I transfer and track all my stock between my locations ?

Yes you can. We have warehouse & location master to create the required locations and We have Stock transfer (send) and stock transfer (receive) menu to transfer and receive stock between locations

11. Can we create Auto PO using the predefined formula ?

Yes we have the predefined formulas like Sold Qty from last GRN, Sold Qty from specific date range, Last GRN qty and last PO Qty. Those formulas will help you to load the order qty automatically for bulk products

13. Can we stop promotions before expiry date of that promotion ?

Yes we have option to manually stop the promotion. In Open the required promotion and select reason to stop the promotion and save.

15. Can I run EOD complete process on next day for previous day ?

Yes you can run. But make sure, you complete EOD before starting the sales. Because until you complete EOD of previous date, Application will not allow to login POS

17. How to change specific branded item with another brand name in bulk for all or specific items ?

We have the feature called “Inventory Change” which will help you to change Brand, Category, Sub category, Manufacturer and Vendor in bulk to the required items

19. Can we take department wise sales reports ?

Yes you can take department wise sales reports using our report called “Dept Wise Sales Report”. Also we have another report called “Sales Attribute Report” using this you can see the all attribute wise report i.e dept wise, category wise, Brand wise etc.

21. Can we clear all the drafted PO documents ?

Yes you can clear all the drafted PO using our feature called “Delete draft PO”. It will clear all time drafted PO

2. How to refund whole bill after all products are returned at POS ?

Yes, we have Refund feature which will help you to achieve the requirements

4. Is it possible to exchange sold product with new product in POS ?

Yes we have exchange feature in POS which will help to receive return product and exchange new product to customer

6. What are the feature will be available in Offline mode ?

You can do only Sale bill in POS in Offline mode. Once the internet is fixed, the offline bills are synced automatically to server.

8. How to reactivate the EOD for completed EOD complete process ?

We have feature called “EOD(re-activate process)” click and run that menu to reactivate completed EOD.

10. Can we restrict feature menu to the users ?

Yes we have the feature called “Role access” we can customise the required menu to specific role so it will reflect on the users whom are all comes under that role

12. Can we add multiple products for promotion in bulk ?

Yes we have feature called promotion setup, using this feature you can load bulk number of products and for promotion

14. How to track stock movement between multiple branches ?

Yes, we will configure all of your branches in HQ domain and So, you can manage stock transfer between your different batches using inter branch stock transfer menu

16. How to redeem customer points ?

In payment screen , you can press “Alt+V” function key and load customer points and proceed redemption. OTP sms will be sent to customer registered number to confirm the redemption at POS

18. What to do if GRN entries are not synced to our integrated accounts software ?

If GRN not synced, then check the GRN API log, there you can find the successful (True) or fail (False) status for each document. If status is True in our log, inform accounts software team to check the issue in their side and If status is False then try to sync manually using GRN sync process

20. Can I deactivate items in bulk ?

Yes you can deactivate items in bulk using our “Deactivate product” feature menu. You have to load the required products using the available filters and then start the process to deactivate, activate or discontinue the product.

22. Can we take Sales report by hour wise ?

Yes we can take sales report hours wise using our report called “Hourly Sales Report”
