Retail POS Loyalty deduction
Customer Loyalty points will get deducted every time they redeem their points in sales or they get gifts from shop against equivalent points. Other than the point redemption feature, customer points will be reduced when user modify the bills.
Business rules
- Customer points will reduced due to following POS transaction like Sales return, Bill edit and Bill Cancel since it affects the Bill Value.
- In sales return is done for customer, the loyalty points will be reduced by the returned amount.
- Also when the bill is edited, if the edited bill amount is lesser than the previous amount, then based on this bill amount only the customer points will be added. So customer loyalty points will get affected or reduced by sales bill edit.
- Also when the bill is cancelled, the same point should be reduced from the customer loyalty points.
