SS Integration in Jaldi Superstore POS

SS Integration is menu folder which is used for user to proceed the manual synchronisation of following process to third party applications,

  • GRN entry sync
  • Inter branch Transfer sync
  • Vendor return sync
  • Pay mode wise sales sync
  • Daily sales tax sync

Auto sync will be enabled during implementation, still user can manually run the sync process if there is any issue in sync data.

GRN Synchronisation to third party application

GRN Process API

This feature is used to start the auto synchronisation of all completed GRN entries to your third party integrated application.

  • Go to application path SS Integration > GRN Process API and click on that to run GRN Process API.
  • In GRN API screen, click on start to run the synchronisation of GRN entries.

GRN API Sync Process

If there is any issue in auto sync and specific GRN document is not uploaded to third party application then this feature is helpful to you sync GRN documents manually.

  • Go to application path SS Integration > GRN API Sync Process.
  • In GRN sync process screen, Select the specific date and GRN number in the respective filter option.
  • Then press “Start” option to start the sync process.
  • Once the synchronisation process is completed, then system will show the below marked notification message.

GRN Entry SS Sync Rerun Process

If any one of the GRN document is not sync properly after both auto and manual sync then use this rerun sync feature to sync already synced GRN entry to third party application.

  • Go to application path SS Integration > GRN entry SS sync Rerun Process and click on the menu to rerun the sync process.
  • In GRN sync process screen, Select the specific date and GRN number in the respective filter option.
  • Then press “Start” option to start the sync process.
  • Once the synchronisation process is completed, then system will show the below marked notification message.

GRN API Log

This is the menu screen where user can check the synced GRN entries status with remarks.

  • Go to application path, SS integration > GRN API Log and click on that.
  • In list of synced GRN API entries, we can see the status and remarks in Status and Response data respectively.

Inter Branch Transfer Synchronisation

Inter Branch Process API

Inter branch process API is the feature to manually start the synchronisation process of IBT auto sync to third party integrated application.

  • Go to application path, SS Integration > Inter Branch Process API
  • Click on the Inter branch process API menu.
  • In IB API screen, click on “start” to start the IBT process API.

Inter Branch Sync Process

If there is any issue in auto sync and specific IBT document is not uploaded to third party application then this feature is helpful to you sync IBT document manually.

  • Go to application path SS Integration > Inter branch Sync Process.
  • In IB sync process screen, Select the specific date and Inter Branch number in the respective filter option.
  • Then press “Start” option to start the sync process.
  • Once the synchronisation process is completed, then system will show the below marked notification message.

Inter Branch Sync Rerun Process

  • In GRN sync process screen, Select the specific date and IBT document number in the respective filter option.
  • Then press “Start” option to rerun the sync process.
  • Once the synchronisation process is completed, then system will show the below marked notification message.

Inter Branch API Log

This is the menu screen where user can check the synced IBT entries status with remarks.

  • Go to application path, SS integration > Inter Branch API Log and click on that.
  • In list of synced GRN API entries, we can see the status and remarks in Status and Response data respectively.

Vendor Return Synchronisation

Vendor Return Sync Process

This menu feature is used for user to sync the completed Vendor return entries manually to integrated third party application.

  • Go to application path SS Integration > Vendor Return Sync process.
  • In GDN sync process screen, Select the specific date and Return to vendor number in the respective filter option.
  • Then press “Start” option to start the sync process.
  • Once the synchronisation process is completed, then system will show the below marked notification message.

Vendor Return Sync Rerun Process

If any one of the Return to vendor document is not synced properly after both auto and manual sync then use this rerun sync feature to sync already synced Vendor return entry to third party application.

  • Go to application path SS Integration > Vendor Return Sync Rerun Process and click on the menu to rerun the sync process.
  • In Vendor return sync rerun process screen, Select the specific date and document number in the respective filter option.
  • Then press “Start” option to start the sync process.
  • Once the synchronisation process is completed, then system will show the below marked notification message.

Pay mode Wise Sales Synchronisation

PaymodeWise Sync Process

This menu feature is used for user to sync the pay mode wise sales data to the integrated third party application.

  • Go to application path SS Integration > PaymodeWise Sync Process and click on that.
  • In Pamode Sync Process popup screen, Select the specific Date invoiced (From & To).
  • Then press “Start” option to start the sync process.
  • Once the synchronisation process is completed, then system will show the below marked notification message.

PayModeWise Sales API Logs

This is the menu feature which is used for user to view the synced Pay mode wise sales to integrated third party application.

  • In PayModeWise Sales API Log screen, We can see the list synced pay mode wise sales data with status and remarks like below shown image.

Daily Sales Tax Wise Synchronisation

Daily Sales Tax Wise Sync Process

This menu feature is used for user to sync the daily tax wise sales to the integrated third party application.

  • Go to application path SS Integration > Daily Sales Tax Wise Sync Process.
  • Click on Daily Sales Tax Wise Sync Process menu to open.
  • Then in Daily Tax Wise Sales Info screen, Select the specific date range.
  • Click on “Start” to start the daily tax wise sales data sync.
  • Once the synchronisation process is completed, then system will show the below marked notification message.
