Importance:

User Interface

STEP1: Click Purchase Reports Folder.

STEP2: Click New Products Report.

STEP3: Enter the From Date & To Date Click Start Button.

STEP4: To show the report based on the given data.

STEP5: Product code– is a unique identifier assigned to a specific product. It is typically alphanumeric and used to track or reference products within inventory systems, catalogs, or databases. – It helps to manage product listings, orders, stock levels, and other logistical operations.

Product name – is the descriptive title or designation given to a product to indicate what it is or its key features. – It helps customers or users recognize and identify the product easily.

Batch number – in a new product report refers to a unique identifier assigned to a specific production batch of a product. This batch number helps track and trace the product throughout its lifecycle, from manufacturing to distribution. It is especially important in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food production, cosmetics, and manufacturing, where quality control, regulatory compliance, and consumer safety are critical.

Selling price -is the price that a customer pays to purchase a product or a commodity.

MRP– is a system for calculating the materials and components needed to manufacture a product.

IsBatch – likely refers to a field or indicator that specifies whether the product is part of a batch production or batch processing system.This typically would be a Boolean (True/False) flag or a field.

Date Created – in a new product report typically refers to the date when the product was added to the system, inventory, or product catalog.

Department -for each product and that department controls all activities related to the product including development, production, marketing, sales, and distribution.

Category – is a broad group that represents a major classification of things. It is a high-level grouping that helps to organize similar items or ideas based on shared characteristics.

Subcategory– is a more specific classification within a category. It further breaks down the main category into smaller, more detailed groups.
