- Missed Items Detection- Items expected in the stock take that are not scanned should be identified as missed.
- Stock Take Completion Check-A full stock take should cover all items listed in the system’s inventory for a specific location.
- Quantity Discrepancy Identification- If the scanned quantity for an item differs from the expected quantity in the system, the discrepancy should be noted and highlighted.
- Location Mismatch Identification- If an item is scanned at a location different from the expected one, the report should flag this as a location mismatch.
- Scan Frequency and Timing-All items should be scanned within a set time frame based on the stock take schedule (e.g., daily, weekly).
