Transaction function key settings in Retail POS
Transaction function key settings feature is used to map and re-arrange the function keys in every transaction.
Business rules
- Every transaction screens will have the function keys in default order, this feature is used to customise the function keys in customer required order.
- Also if customer wants to remove or include any function key for every user, then customer can remove and include that in this screen.
- There should be the transaction function key setting menu under tools for user to customise the key settings.
- User should open function key setting and where user can find different transaction type to select.
- Then user will select the transaction user wants from transaction type list.
- Then system will show all the function key list in default order.
- Now user can include, remove and rearrange the function keys order based on user requirements.
- Once the rearrangement is done by user, user should click on “save” function key to save the details.
